Lever Shirt was founded in Hong Kong


We were one of the first apparel manufacturers to commence production in China, which had just opened up to foreign investment.


New York Customer Relationship contact point established.


Acquired Trinity's tailoring manufacturing division, and updated name to Lever Style Inc. to reflect our multi-product capabilities.


Started offshore production in Vietnam, providing our partners with country of origin flexibility. We have since expanded to Cambodia and Indonesia.


Started supplying to Bonobos, our first digitally-native customer. We have remained a key supply partner to Bonobos ever since.


Established centralized operations hub in Bao'an, Shenzhen, just 20 minutes beyond the Hong Kong border crossing. The co-location helps lower communications barriers and facilitate coaching and mentorship, allowing us to serve our partners better.

Stanley Szeto

Executive Chairman

Stanley Szeto joined Lever Style in 2000 and he is its Executive Chairman, responsible for setting the company’s strategic directions.

Eddie Chan


Eddie Chan joined the company in 1988 as Marketing Manager, taking up roles with increasing responsibility over 15 years. After gaining experience elsewhere in the industry, he re-joined Lever Style as President & COO in 2015 and became CEO in 2017.

Derek Lee

CFO & Acting COO

Derek Lee joined Lever Style as CFO in 2015 and took on additional responsibilities as Acting COO in 2017.

Stanley Szeto is Executive Chairman of Lever Style Inc. He joined Lever Style in 2000 as Director, and became CEO and Chairman in 2001 and 2007 respectively. In early 2017, he was succeeded by Eddie Chan as CEO so he can focus on strategic issues.

Keenly involved in promoting the industry, Stanley is Chairman of Hong Kong Textile Council, the umbrella trade organization representing all major textile and apparel trade associations in Hong Kong and the entire Hong Kong textile and apparel industry. He represented the Textile and Apparel sector as an Election Committee member to select the Chief Executive of Hong Kong in 2017.

Stanley is also Vice-Chairman of Hong Kong Garment Manufacturers Association, Director of Federation of Hong Kong Garments Manufacturers, Director of Hong Kong Shippers’ Council, Member of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s Advisory Committee on Textile and Clothing Industries, and past Member of the Hong Kong Government’s Textiles Advisory Board.

Recognized for his contributions to the industry, Stanley received the 2009 Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong from the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. He is also a frequent guest speaker on CNBC, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and other business news channels.

Prior to joining Lever Style in 2000, Stanley worked at J.P. Morgan’s mergers and acquisitions unit, and later at PAMA, an Asian buyout firm with over US$1 billion under management. He served on the boards of companies in PAMA’s portfolio, focusing on strategy and management issues.

Stanley graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, triple-majoring in Finance, Entrepreneurial Management, and Legal Studies.

In 2006, we became one of the first apparel manufacturers in China to become certified for SA8000, one of the world's strictest social
responsibility standards.

We strictly adhere to better both local laws and international human rights norms. Our respect for our people has been the foundation for our 60-year success.


We are passionate about safeguarding the environment in which we live and operate.

The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) selected us as its first apparel industry partner for the Low Carbon Manufacturing Program, and it honoured the company’s low carbon footprint initiatives with a Silver Award.

We are one of the twelve founding members of Sustainable Fashion Business Consortium (SFBC), a Hong Kong-based group that promotes environmentally-friendly manufacturing and sustainability in the fashion industry. The other founding members include TAL Apparel, Crystal Group, Central Textiles, and Fountain Set.

As early as 2008, before sustainability had the same public attention it enjoys today, HSBC selected our Executive Chairman Mr. Szeto to be the public spokesperson for its major media campaign in Hong Kong promoting environmental sustainability.
